TEAM CREATION

• Players Need to be Registered in this program if they want to be considered on a Island's Best Tournament Team.
• Head coach and assistant coach needs to register as volunteers.
  
• Player Selection will be done by the submission of rosters by each Islands Best Tournament coach.
• Intact teams are welcome to Register for the Tournament and Designate themselves as Gold or Silver.
• Fees will be collected by the Team Coach.
• The Team Coach need to pre-pay for the Team Fees Prior to creating a Team.

Early Bird Fee By December 5, 2025

• 10U/14U (7v7) $250.00 + $300.00 Ref = $550.00
• 12U (9v9) $300.00 + $300.00 Ref = $600.00

After December 5, 2025

• 10U/14U (7v7) $350.00 + $300.00 Ref = $650.00
• 12U (9v9) $400.00 + $300.00 Ref = $700.00

If you volunteer as the coach, team parent or referee, please be sure to sign up for those positions when completing your childs tournament registration.

Steps to register for Island's Best Tournament:

1.     Either (A) log into your account or (B) go to www.ayso769.org ->  Registration -> 2024 Island's Best Tournament

(A) Under your account participants, there should be a program available for you child…Select it.  You will step through to register.  No payment will be required.  Be sure to complete the registration application.  You must e-sign at the end of the application.

(B) Click the Register Now next to the correct age group.  Be sure to complete the registration application.  You must e-sign at the end of the application.

2.     Once your coach has turned in a roster, those players will be added to an official SportsConnect roster.  An email will be sent to the parent to accept the selection to a tournament team.  You will need to login to your account and accept the invitation.    Be sure to complete the registration application.  You must e-sign at the end of the application.

3.     Please inform your coach if a payment is required.
